Cupcake making for Children in Need

Yesterday, the fifteenth of November, the whole school made cakes for children in need (Pudsey day). Ash class made their cakes first, then helped the other classes. Here are the list of ingredients: 55g of margarine, 55g of caster sugar, 1 egg (lightly beaten) and 55g of self-raising flour.   Ash was split into five groups. I was in group one with Jenny, Lilian, Freya Taylor and Lucy O’B.   Mrs. Welfare helped everyone with getting the right amount of ingredients. The first step was to preheat the oven, but none of the children could do that. When Ash started to help the little ones, I helped Tehya Best and Emily Welfare. There were three helpers on each table. I got put on a table with Lilian and Aidan. I hope everyone that reads this will now understand why I made this blog post about making cakes for Pudsey Day and Children in Need. by Hannah Barrett-Mead
