Heather Adeley

Has a teaching degree in Education. She has extensive experience in assessing and tutoring children and young people with special needs.
Heather joined the Governing body in 2008 and is a Foundation Governor. She is the Special Education Needs governor ,Chair of the Curriculum Committee  and is the link governor for year:3.

Michael Latter

Following post graduate training  in Human Resources, Michael now  works for Aviva as an account Manager. Michael joined the Governing body in 2010 as a  Parent Foundation Governor .He is a link governor for Community Cohesion.

Don Morgan

Works as a planning consultant for a large industrial building company. Following his move to Coombe Bissett he joined the Governing Body as a Foundation Governor in 2010 and has since become Chair of the Premises and Health and Safety Committee ,member of the Finance Committee and the link person on the Village Hall Committee representing the school.

Sarah Panes

Has been involved in charity and trustee roles for many years. and these have included being a governor.  She joined the Governing Body in 2006 and is Chair of Governors, linked to Year Four and is on the Finance and Premises and Health and Safety Committee.

Rupert van der Horst

After 33 years in the Royal Marines, he worked firstly for the Country Landowners Association and then managed the Froebel Educational Institute where he was a school governor. Following his move to Coombe Bissett, Rupert became  a Foundation Governor in 2009.  He is the link Governor for Numeracy, the Safeguarding Governor and is also on the Curriculum Committee.

Alison Williams

Team Vicar in the Chalke Valley Benefice. She is an ex-officio Governor and is the link for Religion and Collective Worship and  for Years 1 and 2 .Alison is also on the Curriculum Committee and Discipline committee. She joined the governors in 2004.

Susan Brealey

Moved to Coombe Bissett some years ago and works as a Teaching Assistant in the Early Years Department .Susan became the Support Staff Governor in September 2010.

Debbie Cockrean

Appointed the Head Teacher of the school in January 2008. She is an Ex officio member of the Governing Body and is on the Curriculum committee.

Alison Macaulay

Has worked as the head of Early Years for  ten Years. During that time she has been appointed on two occasions as Acting Head during the periods for the recruitment of the new Head Teacher. She has now been appointed Deputy Head teacher .Alison is the  Teaching Staff Governor .As the leader for Special Education Needs and PSHE and is guiding the governors through the process of adopting a Sex and Relationship Education Curriculum.

Gareth Davies

Works as a Patent Examiner at the Intellectual Property Office, specialising in heating, cooling and solar energy He was  elected parent governor in and joined the governors in 2009.He is the SRE and PHSE link governor, and is also on the Curriculum Committee. He is the Years 5 and 6 link governor.

Shaun Cowlam

Following a career in the army , Shaun left in 2006 to join Heathrow Airport as the Logistics Director. He subsequently worked as a defence advisor and consultant. In 2010 he joined Legion Group, the fifth largest security company in the UK as the Managing Director .He joined the Governing Body as an Associate Governor in 2010 and  has one son at the school .As a governor he is on the  Finance and also the Premises and Health and Safety Committees He is the Health and Safety governor as well as the link governor for Science.

Rebecca Crummack

Lectures at Wiltshire College in the Travel and Tourism department. She is a qualified accounting technician and runs an access control company from home. Rebecca is an Associate Governor and has two children attending the school. Rebecca joined the Governing body in January 2011. She is the link governor for the Early Years and a member of the Finance Committee.

Liz Wallis

Liz is the clerk to the governors and works with the Chair of Governors and the head teacher to ensure that the governing body runs smoothly and fulfils its responsibilities. Liz trained as a Geography Teacher at Durham University. In addition to her work at Coombe Bissett she is clerk to the governors for three other schools and an invigilator for GCSE and A level exams. She also works for the Salisbury Diocese, organising Land Registration of all Church Property.
