National Day of Reflection

On March 23rd 2021, as part of the National Day of Reflection,  we all shared a collective worship and a minute of silence at 12noon in order to remember those that we have missed during this last year. Every child made a reflection candle - the candle represents the importance of how we all reflect the world and the world is reflected in us, the flame represented the person that each child was thinking about. The size of the candles and colours of the flames were all personal to each child. These candles were then taken home for the children to put out at 8pm so they could join in with the national timetable for this day.
