It was another wonderful Remembrance week this year. On Friday 6th Ash class went to the war memorial for a special wreath laying service where they met a veteran and recited the poem ‘On Flanders Fields’. Then at 11am on Wednesday 11th the whole school took part in a Remembrance service and a minute silence on the school field, led by Rev Jenny.
It was also lovely to see all their poppy-art on display in our new Remembrance Garden.
