Helping you to help your child
Parent Support Advisers work in partnership with parents and the schools their children attend. Parents want what is best for their child, but sometimes it’s hard to know what is best for your child and how to access it. As a Parent Support Adviser I don’t claim to have all of the answers, but I might be able to help you find the right advice, help or support.
- Perhaps you need help talking to your child’s teacher or school.
- Maybe your child is behaving in a way you don’t like or feel unable to handle.
- It could be that as a family you are experiencing difficulties.
I will be working closely with your child’s school, but as a Parent Support Adviser I am not a member of the teaching staff. I can provide confidential support and guidance and information about services in the local area.
