Oak Class went out for a walk around Coombe Bissett village to look for signs of Spring.
We used our eyes to look for changes in the hedgerows and we used our ears to listen to the birds singing. We found a large bank covered in snowdrops and we were able to look very closely at them. Some of them were in bud and some were in flower. We were able to compare them with each other and look for similarities and differences. We learnt that snowdrops grow from bulbs and will come back each year. On the way home we saw yellow daffodils and purple and white crocuses.
